Privacy policy

FilesRus respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use our store, why we collect it, and how to contact us. We do not sell your personal information.

When you use FilesRus, we may collect:

• Order details — products purchased, order total, order status, and timestamps.
• Email address — only if you choose to enter one at checkout. Email is optional. We store it to help with support requests; we do not send receipts or download links by email.
• Payment information — we do not receive your wallet keys or seed phrase. We store the DigiByte address you paid to, the amount owed, and the on-chain transaction ID once your payment is detected (this data is public on the blockchain).
• Cart contents — stored in your browser (local storage) until checkout or until you clear it.
• Admin session — if you sign in to the store admin panel, a secure cookie keeps you logged in. That cookie is only used on the admin subdomain, not on the public storefront.

We use the information above to:

• Process your order and unlock download links after payment
• Match blockchain payments to the correct order
• Respond to support requests
• Operate and secure the store and admin backend

We do not use your data for advertising profiles and we do not sell it to third parties.

Order records are kept so we can provide support and maintain store records. Download links expire after 72 hours, but order history may remain in our database. You can ask us about your data by contacting support@filesrus.com.

The storefront uses browser local storage for your shopping cart. The admin panel uses a session cookie when you sign in. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the customer-facing store.

Payments happen on the DigiByte network and are visible on public block explorers. We use a block explorer API to detect when your payment arrives. We do not share your email or order details with payment processors — there are none; you pay the seller directly.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To make a request, contact support@filesrus.com from the address on your order (if you provided one) and include your order ID.

FilesRus is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
